- In the seminar Contrastive Linguistics English-German we will explore the linguistic systems (phonetics, grammar, lexis) of English and German from a contrastive point of view, in order to highlight the similarities (convergence) and differences (divergence) between English and German.
Requirements for this class are a good command of English and German. The seminar is especially directed at student of Lehramt GYM and RS. Participants will give a 20-30 minute presentation of a topic in class and write a paper of 10-12 pages.
