| SenTrain - Training from seniors for seniors This project intends to improve the quality of seniors’ ICT training given by seniors to seniors and to introduce a notion of quality management and certification in this sector. The approach will base on a guided and qualified empowerment of elderly people, who will, through a customised training and coaching process, take on all responsibilities with self-confidence and conviction. The development of a methodology, a curriculum, a training course and a certification procedure for seniors’ ICT training, real life validation and localisation to six languages. A methodology and a training course, an assessment and certification tool/ procedure as well as implementation guidelines for organisations concerned. | Project manager:
