- Basics in Field theory and wave propagation, circuit design, material sciences, mechanics and mathematics.
- Contents
- Overview over three-dimensional structured RF components including microelectromechanical systems (RF MEMS), mechanical resonators, acoustic devices and metamaterials
technology (Silicon micromaching, LTCC...),
functionality (electrical, mechanical, acoustic principles),
applications (phase shifter, filters, antennas, systems....)
packaging (wafer level, packages, connections...)
calculation of electromagnetic and multiphysical properties
basics in design and mask layout.
