Voraussetzung: V+Ü Entwurf Integrierter Schaltungen I und V+Ü Entwurf von Mixed-Signal Schaltungen

- In dem Praktikum wird in Gruppenarbeit ein integrierter CMOS Verstärker entworfen. Ausgehend von einer vorgegebenen Spezifikation wird das Modell auf Systemebene und Schaltungsebene erarbeitet, und mit Hilfe von Simulation validiert. Die Aufgabenstellung wird mit Unterstützung der Cadence Software gelöst, und schließt mit dem Layout der Schaltung ab. Das Praktikum wird in Gruppen durchgeführt

- The task is to design a CMOS amplifier. The adjustment of gain is digital. The students use
state-of-the-art-design tools (HSPICE, Cadence, ...)
with following order:
Design of the circuit
Verification simulation of the circuit;
Layout of the circuit.
