Empfohlene Voraussetzungen:
n/s
Inhalt:
Selected methods related to the advanced analysis of spectroscopy data
Lernziele und Kompetenzen:
The students
understand the major principles of spectroscopy for remote sensing;
practice different state-of-the-art methods for an analysis of spectroscopy data;
understand the applicability, limitations, and pitfalls of these methods;
know potential applications of spectral analyses to topics in physical geography.
A series of practical exercises builds on each other throughout the course. Results of these exercises will develop from individual contributions and small-group work, and from a discussion with the whole group. Course attendance is therefore compulsory.
