Multimodale Benutzerführung für mobile Auskunftssysteme zur Integration heterogener Informationsdienste

Am Lehrstuhl für Künstliche Intelligenz wird ein Auskunftssystem für eingebettete Systeme (z.B. Infotainment-System im KFZ, Handy, PDA) entwickelt. Das System integriert mehrere Informationsdienste: Suche nach ÖPNV-Verbindungen, Navigation für Fußgänger, Empfehlung von Veranstaltungen (z.B. Veranstaltungen für Touristen oder Messen für Geschäftsreisende). Das System soll erstens um WLAN-basierte Ortung erweitert werden. Damit ist Indoor-Navigation möglich. In Kooperation mit dem Fraunhofer-Institut IIS und der VAG Nürnberg wird das Vorhaben umgesetzt, Fahrgästen der Nürnberger U-Bahn in den U-Bahnhöfen Weganweisungen zu geben. Zweitens soll die Nutzerführung erweitert werden: Weganweisungen müssen multimodal sein, um ihre Ergonomie zu erhöhen.
