- Die Vorlesung behandelt die Grundlagen der Betriebsorganisation,
den Strukturwandel und seine Auswirkungen auf Führungskräfte und
Mitarbeiter. Neben den Grundlagen der Arbeitspsychologie, z.B.
Kommunikation und Führungsverhalten, werden Fragen zu einer Bewerbung
bzw. Einstellung wie Inseratsanalyse, Betriebsverfassungsgesetz
und arbeitsrechtliche Fragen beantwortet. Auch Themen wie
Gehaltsfindung, Beurteilung, Zeugniserstellung und berufliche
Entwicklung werden dargestellt und gemeinsam diskutiert.

- This lecture presents the structures of industrial organisations,
structural change and consequences for management and colleagues.
Fundamentals of industrial psychology is explained with examples (e.g.
communication and conduction of management). Questions are answered
about application, analysis of advertisement, operation law and
industrial legislation. Lecturer and students discuss salary
grades, performance evaluation and professional development of engineers.
