- Diese Vorlesung gibt einen Überblick über die organisationspsychologische Forschung und Praxis. Es werden theoretische und praktische Ansätze zu u.a. folgenden Themen vorgestellt: Personalauswahl, Sozialisations- und Identifikationsprozesse, Leistungsbeurteilung, Gruppenarbeit, Organisationskultur, Umgang mit Veränderungen in Organisationen.
