CAPCOM - Capabilities and interactive knowledge-to-action - Concepts and methods

The primary goal of CAPCOM is to strengthen the theoretical and methodological foundation of the subprojects in the research consortium Capital4Health. The subproject CAPCOM revises the current theory and investigates theory development of 1) the relation of behavioral and preventive concepts (capabilities), 2) approaches regarding interactive knowledge-to-action (IK2A), and 3) transdisciplinarity. The basic design of CAPCOM is based on a recursive process involving development, conceptualization, implementation, and evaluation. The five empirical subprojects of the research consortium Capital4Health can be seen as “fields of intervention” for CAPCOM.
