- General Information:
• The course is suitable for Students with FACT Master (2,5 ECTS) and Master in International Business Studies (5 ECTS). • FACT Master (lecture): the course is unmarked however a committed participation is expected.
• IBS Master (lecture + case studies): 5 ECTS; written examination • The Number of participants is limited to 30 (first come first served).
• Application period is September 21st till October 13th 2020.
• FACT Students: Applications only via StudOn - enrolment to StudOn Group necessary
• IBS Students: Application only via email

• Sources of International Business Law (e.g. International conventions, EU Regulations, PIL-Rules of the forum)
• International Torts vs. International Contracts (esp. Rome I and Rome II)
• International Sales Law (esp. CISG; substantive, international and personal sphere of application; buyer’s duties; lex mercatoria)
• Dispute Resolution (courts and/or Alternative Dispute Resolution)
