Contents
In this seminar we investigate EU foreign policy in the Middle East from a comparative perspective. In particular we focus on the genesis of the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) since 2003 in view of critical junctures in the region (e.g. Arab uprisings 2011). We try to go beyond a perspective of “Eurocentrism” by including and studying governments’ strategies and perceptions of EU foreign policy in the Southern Mediterranean
