- In einem gemeinsamen Kolloquium des Lehrstuhles für Elektronische Bauelemente und des Fraunhofer Institutes für Integrierte Systeme und Bauelementetechnologie werden aktuelle Themen der Halbleitertechnologie in Vorträgen vorgestellt. Die Vorträge von eingeladenen Gästen und Mitarbeitern des Lehrstuhles und des Fraunhofer Institutes behandeln eigene und externe Forschungsvorhaben aus den Gebieten elektronische Bauelemente, Halbleiter-Prozesstechnik, Fertigungstechniken und -geräte der Mikroelektronik, Mikrosystemtechnik, Technologiesimulation und Verfahren der Prozesskontrolle, Fehleranalyse und Qualitätssicherung.

- In a joint colloquium of the Chair of Electron Devices and the Fraunhofer Institute of Integrated Circuits, current issues of
semiconductor technology are presented in the form of oral presentations. The presentations held by guest speakers and
institute staff describe own and other research projects in the fields of electron devices, semiconductor process engineering,
microelectronics manufacturing technology and equipment, microsystems technology, technology simulation and process control
techniques, error analysis and quality control.
