Electrical properties of matter: Conductivity, mobility, energy bands, Crystal symmetry and structure Lattice defects: Point deefects, line defects, three dimensional defects, thermodynamics of defects, Phonons, specific heat, thermal conductivity Classe of materials: Metals: T-dependance of resistivity, thermal conductivity Semicondutors: Carrier statistics, effective mass, Fermi-level, donors and acceptors, direct and indirect semiconductors. Wide bandgap materials. Sielectrics, in particular: Ferroelectricity, piezoelectricity. Superconductors: Physical principles, metals and ceramics, superconductors of 1. and 2. kind, technology and applications
