Scientific Programming with Python
(Seminar, 1 SWS, Paolo Moretti, Einzeltermine am 5.11.2020, 6.11.2020, 14:00 - 16:00, Zoom-Meeting; 9.11.2020, 16:00 - 17:30, Zoom-Meeting; This course will be held as a compact block seminar during the first week of lecture period. This course is highly recommended for all students who take part in WW8 courses (e.g. MuSim 1 or FEM 1) and who don't have any prior Python knowledge. Inhalt:
The module introduces the topics which can be chosen as major topics in the second and third semester of MAOT and the use of the software Matlab (or another numerical tool for the analysis of data).

are able to apply Matlab for solving numerical problems in the field of optics
