- Contents
- Die Vorlesung „Automatisierte Produktionsanlagen" richtet sich an Studierende der Informatik, des Maschinenbaus, der Mechatronik, der Medizintechnik und des Wirtschaftsingenieurswesens. Es werden Inhalte zum Aufbau und Betrieb Automatisierter Produktionsanlagen gelehrt. Zu Beginn wird grundlegendes Wissen bezüglich Elektromaschinen, Fluidantrieben, Sensoren und speicherprogrammierbaren Steuerungen vermittelt. Darauf aufbauend werden Systeme zur Vereinzelung, Ordnung und Handhabung von Werkstücken sowie Werkzeugmaschinen und Messmaschinen vorgestellt. Des Weiteren sind Lösungen zur Realisierung eines automatisierten Materialflusses sowie flexible Fertigungssysteme Inhalte der Vorlesung. Schließlich werden Softwarekomponenten zur rechnergestützten Diagnose und Qualitätssicherung, und optimalen technischen und dispositiven Auftragsabwicklung betrachtet. Somit kann der Hörer die Komponenten einer Automatisierten Produktionsanlage bewerten und die ebenfalls in dieser Vorlesung vermittelten Methoden zur Planung, Optimierung und Inbetriebnahme Automatisierter Produktionsanlagen optimal anwenden.

- The lecture "Automated Manufacturing Systems" is designated to students of Manufacturing Technology aiming at their masters degree and for students of Computer Science, Materials Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering with Manufacturing Technology as their subsidiary subject. The lecture describes the main application fields of computers and automation systems in manufacturing technology. Firstly, an overview of different automation systems and comunication systems is given. This includes the apllication areas of technical and planning data processing. Detailed applications are provided within the area of industrial robotics, flexible production and assembly systems as well as the control of material flow. Additional knowledge is conciliated in computer aided diagnosis and quality managment based on computer–aided production and machine data acquisition. The lecture is rounded off with the discussion of advantages and pre–conditions of a successful automation of manufacturing systems.
