Lernziele und Kompetenzen:

Students

  • obtain basic understanding of wireless cellular networks

  • become familiar with multiple access and resource allocation techniques in wireless communication networks

  • can formulate a resource allocation problem in a given wireless network

  • can select an optimization algorithm to solve a resource allocation problem

  • can design a multi-user system for given total bandwidth and power constraints
