- This lecture presents Feynman's path integral approach to non-relativistic quantum mechanics. After the presentation of the basic concept we will discuss several exactly solvable models, study methods for exact evaluations as well as approximations such as the quasi-classical solution. In a second part we will consider applications in statistical physics and stochastic processes and others like coherent-states and Grassmann-valued path integrals.
The lecture is dedicated to the presentation of general formalism and concepts, which then will be applied in the tutorial for a deeper understanding.
