• Iterative Techniques in Linear Algebra

Lernziele und Kompetenzen:

The students acquire a comprehensive overview of basic numerical methods often used in the field of computational sciences, learn the mathematical backgrounds of the methods, acquire a basic understanding of the convergence properties and the numerical complexities of the methods, are able to implement and apply the methods to simple tests using a modern programming system or computer language.
