Inhalt:

Subject of the module are the physical properties of novel (and maybe not so novel) low-dimensional systems and materials.

Lernziele und Kompetenzen:

Goal of this module is for students to

• develop a good understanding of a current topic of research in a short time frame

• identify the relevant literature

• prepare and give a comprehensive presentation about a research topic

• using appropriate presentation tools and techniques.

• take part in scientific discussions on the presented research topics.

Literature will be provided individually for each presentation topic.
