  • Introduction: multidimensional signals and systems in multimedia and communications
  • Theoretical part: multidimensional signals and systems, coordinate systems and signal transformations, system description by transfer functions and Green's functions, sampling in time and space

  • Selected applications: digital sound synthesis by physical modelling, sound field simulation, room acoustics, methods for spatial sound reproduction
