- Contents
- In this seminar, we look at creativity in a view of motivation. It will cover the basic creativity and motivation theories and illustrate how theories of motivation can be applied on understanding people’s creative behavior and performance. Our focus will be on creativity in the Education context. We will further apply these theories into creative teaching on the purpose of fostering learners' and teachers’ creativity.
By the end of the semester students will be able to:
• Understand essential theories of creativity and Motivation
• Develop a critical reflection on the motivation of creation and the relationship between motivation and creativity
• Understand creative teaching with motivation strategies and apply it into practice.
