- Das Seminar zur Sprachgeschichte gehört in folgenden Studiengängen jeweils zu folgenden Modulen:
Lehramt Englisch an Gymnasien (neu): Zwischenmodul L-GYM Linguistics. (Zulassungsvoraussetzung: Basismodul Linguistics)
- Inhalt
- The objective of this course is to provide an overview of the development of the English language from its roots to the present. It considers different aspects such as phonology, morphology, syntax and lexis. The participants are required to make presentations in class, in which they direct the revision of the previous meeting. Students who pass the written examination at the end of the semester acquire the “Sprachhistorischer Schein” required by the LPO I, §68.
